Here you find all details about shipping and delivery. We deliver hot tubs, bathtubs, saunas and accessories within Germany only. We do not currently ship to other countries.
Shipping costs at a glance
- Delivery area: Germany only (excluding islands without road access).
- Shipping cost: flat rate of 150 EUR per order, regardless of order value or number of items.
- Shipping method: insured freight delivery.
- All prices: include 19% German VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you buy.
- Free installation: our team sets up and commissions your product after delivery – at no extra charge.
Delivery times
Delivery takes 6 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). It starts once your payment has been received.
We process orders within 1 to 2 working days. As soon as the goods leave our warehouse you receive an email. After that the forwarder calls you to arrange a slot.
Delivery of large items
Hot tubs and saunas are heavy and bulky. Therefore delivery is made to the kerbside. Please make sure access is clear and helpers are available.
Check the packaging directly on handover. Note any damage on the delivery note. Then contact us straight away.
