Here you find all details about shipping and delivery. We deliver hot tubs, bathtubs, saunas and accessories within Germany and to several EU countries. Large items travel by freight forwarder.
Shipping costs at a glance
- Germany: 49 EUR freight, free above an order value of 500 EUR.
- Austria, Switzerland and other EU countries: flat rate of 149 EUR.
- All prices: include 19% German VAT.
Delivery times
Stocked items usually ship within two to five working days. Larger spas and saunas, however, need more time. We confirm the date after your order.
As soon as the goods leave our warehouse you receive an email. After that the forwarder calls you to arrange a slot.
Delivery of large items
Hot tubs and saunas are heavy and bulky. Therefore delivery is made to the kerbside. Please make sure access is clear and helpers are available.
Check the packaging directly on handover. Note any damage on the delivery note. Then contact us straight away.
