§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Whirlpools World One GmbH, Römerstraße 158, 78652 Deißlingen-Lauffen (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer via worldonespa.de.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon receipt of our order confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods.
§ 3 Prices and Delivery Costs
All prices are final prices in Euros and include statutory VAT. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly indicated separately during the checkout process.
§ 4 Delivery
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer within Germany. Delivery times are specified in the product offer or in the order confirmation.
§ 5 Payment
The payment methods offered during the checkout process are available. In the case of payment in advance (bank transfer), the amount is payable within seven days of conclusion of the contract.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Warranty and Statutory Rights
Statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, the limitation period for statutory defect claims regarding new goods is two years from delivery.
§ 8 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
