14-Day Right of Return
As a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy.
How to Proceed
Email us at info@worldonespa.de with your order number and item details. We will coordinate the return shipment or freight collection with you.
Refunds
Following the receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price via your original payment method, within 14 days at the latest.
Transport Damage
Please report any visible transport damage within 48 hours, including photographs – we will arrange a replacement promptly.
