How long does delivery take?

In-stock models are typically delivered within 5–14 working days. For custom configurations, we provide a confirmed delivery date upon order confirmation.

What electrical connections does a hot tub require?

Smaller models run on a standard 230 V / 16 A supply. Larger outdoor hot tubs and sauna heaters of 8 kW or more require a three-phase power connection (400 V). We are happy to advise you prior to purchase.

Can I use a hot tub outdoors all year round?

Yes. Our outdoor hot tubs feature robust thermal insulation and winter-proofing, allowing comfortable use even in freezing temperatures. An appropriate thermal cover significantly reduces energy consumption and operating costs.

Is there a warranty?

All products include the statutory 24-month warranty. In addition, many manufacturers provide their own extended warranties covering the spa shell, support frame and technical components.
