2. Collection and Processing of Data
We only process personal data insofar as this is necessary to provide this website, for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Orders in the Online Shop
When you place an order, we process your name, address, email address, telephone number, as well as payment and delivery details for the purpose of contract execution. Payment details are transmitted to the respective payment service provider. Statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law (HGB and AO) remain unaffected.
4. Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects log files (IP address, date, time, file accessed, browser type) to ensure technical operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
