Withdrawal instructions
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts once you or a third party received the goods. Sending your declaration in time is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal
We refund all payments including standard delivery costs. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your declaration. We use the same means of payment as for your order.
We may, however, withhold the refund until the goods have arrived. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
- Goods made to customer specification
- Sealed hygiene articles once the seal is removed
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
