Scope of these terms and conditions
The terms apply to consumers and business customers alike. Deviating conditions, however, are not accepted. The version valid at the time of your order applies.
Formation of contract
The presentation of products is not yet an offer. Your order is the binding offer. We then confirm receipt by email. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation.
Prices and payment
- All prices include 19% German VAT.
- Shipping costs are shown before you complete the order.
- Payment is currently made by SEPA bank transfer, see Payment Methods.
- Goods remain our property until full payment.
Delivery
We deliver within Germany and to several EU countries. Large items arrive by freight forwarder at the kerbside. Details are on Shipping & Delivery.
Withdrawal and returns

Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty of 24 months applies. We are liable for damages under the statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence, however, liability is limited to foreseeable damage.
Final provisions
German law applies. The EU platform for online dispute resolution is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Should a clause be invalid, the remaining contract stays effective.
