This page explains returns and refunds step by step. As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts when you receive the goods.
How a return works
- Announce the return by email to info@worldonespa.de.
- State your order number and the item.
- We then send you the return instructions.
- Pack the goods in the original packaging where possible.
- Large items can be collected by a forwarder.
Refund of the purchase price
After the return arrives we inspect the goods. Then we refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund goes back to the account used for payment.
We also refund the standard outbound shipping cost. You carry the return cost, however, if the goods are faultless.
Exceptions and damaged goods
Custom-made items and sealed hygiene articles are excluded from return. Moreover, you should only inspect goods as you would in a shop.
Did a product arrive damaged? Then contact us immediately. We arrange a replacement or repair. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
